Corporate Social Responsibility Projects

Silver Spirit Global LLC provides funding for Sewa International, a Hindu faith-based, humanitarian, non-profit service organization. Sewa serves all regardless of race, color, religion, gender or nationality. Our company's funds have gone to support work in 19 different Indian states. These are some of the projects that Silver Spirit Global LLC has supported recently.

Sewa International’s SHE Project for the Girl Child provides sanitation and hygiene facilities for girls who belong to the vulnerable section of Indian society. Along with sanitation facilities, they also focus on menstrual hygiene and education, empowering women and girls through skill development workshops.

Silver Spirit Global LLC provides funds for the construction of school restrooms for girls in Mysuru, Karnataka, India. Since 2014, Sewa International has built over 950 restrooms and distributed menstrual hygiene products to over 45,500 adolescent girls across the country. In 2023 alone, 171 restrooms were built country-wide, with 24 of those built in Karnataka.

In September, the Sewa SHE team, along with the civil contractor, visited each of the identified schools to complete the necessary groundwork. They met with school management committees, discussed the project scope and timelines, and finalized the locations within the school premises for the restrooms. Construction has begun as of early October 2024.

Sewa International's Sponsor a Child program offers a lifeline to children from impoverished backgrounds struggling to access education. Whether it's the devastating impact of natural disasters, the loss of a parent, or the crushing weight of poverty, these children face insurmountable challenges.

Silver Spirit Global LLC is currently also funding the Student Fee Sponsorship program, a much needed financial relief system for students and their families. The Sewa International team has met with school management, parents, and students to discuss the support needed for monitoring student performance, as well as the process of paying student fees. They also discussed the upcoming residential STEM program for high school students planned in Mysuru. Currently, student information is being verified, and once completed, school fees for students in Mysuru and Mumbai will be processed.

Additionally Sewa International's SAC program provided a children's camp in Andhra Pradesh for 51 children from 6 different states. The Anubhuthi Camp was held at Agastya International Foundation with the help of event sponsor Honeywell and additional volunteers. These campers were provided a curriculum highlighting the exploration of their inner selves, connection with nature, and participation in engaging STEM opportunities.
